Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company, LLC is seeking a Bulk Account Merchandiser (BAM) to manage retailer accounts on daily routes in the Kinston, NC area. The role focuses on selling products, promotions, and merchandising while serving as the Coca‑Cola subject matter expert for assigned accounts.

You will handle orders, inventory, and displays, ensuring promotions are executed across accounts, and you will collaborate with retailers to optimize product assortment and placement on shelves.

Qualifications

• Must have effective communication skills which include listening, speaking, and writing.
• Prior customer service experience preferred in a retail setting.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment (lifting 50 lbs. repetitively).
• Critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Manages, sells, and executes in an assigned group of customers on daily, pre-set routes and generates sales orders.
• Executes promotions and new products based on target lists and marketing initiatives.
• Fills, merchandises, and rotates products on display and the shelf.
• Organizes and maintains back room by stacking and arranging product by package and flavor.
