Job summary

You’ll support promotions and new products, driving successful execution on daily routes in Mars Hill, NC. Ideal candidates bring strong communication, customer service experience, and the ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must have effective communication skills including listening, speaking, and writing.
• Prior customer service experience preferred in a retail setting.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment (lifting 50 lbs. repetitively).
• Secondary education beyond high school preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages, sells, and executes in an assigned group of customers on daily routes and generates sales orders.
• Executes promotions and new products to ensure strong RED scores for assigned customers.
• Fills, merchandises, and rotates products on display and on shelves.
• Organizes back room and handles pallets, shells, damaged and out-of-date product.
• Creates and distributes point-of-sale materials and rotates product on Fastlane merchandisers.
• Fosters relationships with store personnel and follows up on requests and opportunities.
• Identifies competitive issues and executes duties in a safe manner.
