Job summary

Orkin is hiring an Orkin Pro to deliver top-tier pest control service on a designated route. You’ll receive comprehensive training and work in a safety-focused environment, with a company vehicle and gas card upon route assignment. Prior pest control experience isn’t required as we train from day one.

You will conduct inspections, address customer concerns, and document actions while growing skills and certifications through our ongoing training program.

Qualifications

• No Experience is required; training provided.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license within 90 days (company paid).

Responsibilities

• Complete award-winning training.
• Prioritize safety in all responsibilities.
• Follow route and daily operation schedule within territory.
• Operate company vehicle safely and maintain cleanliness.
• Engage with customers professionally and with integrity.
• Propose solutions based on Orkin expertise.
• Meet with customers to discuss actions and add services.
• Inspect interiors and exteriors of properties.
• Provide clear communication about actions taken to customers.
• Complete service documentation in handheld device.
