Job summary

Orkin is hiring a Pro to deliver safe, effective pest control on designated routes. The role includes in-depth training, route operations, and professional customer engagement. No prior pest control experience is required and a company vehicle is provided.

You will protect homes and businesses, follow safety protocols, and communicate actions taken to customers, while growing through ongoing training and career opportunities.

Qualifications

• No Experience Required - we'll train you to be a Pro!
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Valid driver's license required
• Ability to obtain the pesticide license within 90 days (company paid)
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with customers

Responsibilities

• Complete our award-winning training to learn the skills needed to serve our customers
• Prioritize safety in all responsibilities
• Follow a route and daily operation schedule within an assigned territory
• Operate a company vehicle and keep equipment clean
• Build trust with customers and provide effective pest management solutions
• Meet with customers to explain actions taken and discuss additional services
• Inspect interiors and exteriors of properties
• Communicate actions taken to customers
• Complete service-related documentation on a handheld device
