Job summary

Orkin is seeking a motivated individual to join as an Orkin Pro, delivering safe pest control on a designated service route. You’ll receive award-winning training and start with no industry experience required.

You will follow schedules, operate a company vehicle, and communicate with customers to explain actions and ensure satisfaction while maintaining high safety and professionalism standards.

Qualifications

• No Experience Required – we’ll train you to be a Pro!
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid)

Responsibilities

• Complete our award-winning training to learn the skills and knowledge required to serve our customers
• Prioritize safety in all responsibilities
• Follow a route schedule and daily operation schedule within an assigned territory and ensure timely and safe arrival at each customer’s location
• Operate a company vehicle safely and ensure cleanliness of the vehicle and equipment
• Meet with customers in their businesses or homes to explain actions taken and ensure satisfaction
