Job summary

Orkin is seeking an Orkin Pro to deliver top‑level pest protection on a designated service route. You’ll start with award‑winning training and work to understand problems and provide effective, safe solutions for customers in homes or businesses.

You’ll operate a company vehicle, prioritize safety, and communicate actions taken to ensure customer satisfaction while advancing within a mission‑driven, growth‑oriented team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain the pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with customers.

Responsibilities

• Complete our award‑winning training to learn the skills and knowledge required to serve our customers.
• Prioritize safety in all responsibilities.
• Follow a route schedule and daily operation schedule within an assigned territory and ensure timely and safe arrival at each customer’s location.
• Operate a company vehicle safely and ensure cleanliness of the vehicle and equipment.
• Conduct yourself with professionalism and integrity with customers and coworkers.
• Serve as a problem solver for each customer with empathy by listening and understanding their needs and utilizing Orkin Pro expertise to recommend the most efficient and innovative solution.
• Meet with customers in their businesses or homes to explain actions taken, ensure satisfaction, and discuss additional services.
• Inspect the interior and exterior of the customer’s property and communicate actions taken to ensure satisfaction.
• Complete all required service‑related documentation in a handheld device.
