Job summary

Orkin is seeking a dedicated professional to join our team as an Orkin Pro. You’ll start with award-winning training and gain the skills to protect customer properties on a designated service route. A company vehicle is provided, along with gas card and ongoing learning opportunities.

This is a pathway to growth within a mission-driven pest-control company. No prior pest control experience is required, and you’ll benefit from a comprehensive benefits package and a supportive team culture focused

Qualifications

• No Experience Required – we’ll train you to be a Pro!
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid)
• Ability to work in the field independently, manage route-based assignments and interact with our great customers inside their businesses and/or homes

Responsibilities

• Complete our award-winning training to learn the skills and knowledge required to serve our customers
• Prioritize safety in all responsibilities
• Follow a route schedule and daily operation schedule within an assigned territory and ensure timely and safe arrival at each customer’s location
• Operate a company vehicle safely and ensure cleanliness of the vehicle and equipment
• Meet with customers in their businesses or homes to explain actions taken, ensure satisfaction, and discuss additional services
