Arizona Restaurant Supply Inc. in Tucson, AZ is seeking a driven sales professional to meet quotas by selling approved kitchen equipment, maintaining strong customer relationships, and delivering exceptional service to drive sales and profitability.

The role is base salary plus commission, Monday–Friday 8AM–5PM, salaried exempt. Benefits include paid time off, medical, dental, vision, and pet insurance, plus 401(k) matching.

Qualificações

• High school diploma required.
• College degree preferred.
• 3 years of outside direct sales experience required.
• Bilingual Spanish is required.
• Experience with Auto Quotes, Excel, Windows, and Google Workspace helpful.

Responsabilidades

• Pursue customer sales in assigned areas and open new accounts.
• Respond promptly to bid requests.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Provide required records/paperwork in a timely manner.
• Assist in the collection of monies from delinquent accounts.
• Attend meetings and training to enhance skills and growth.
• Showroom/retail hours is a requirement.
• Other duties as assigned.

Position Summary

To meet or exceed sales quotas by selling approved products at optimal prices while providing exceptional customer service, fostering strong relationships, and ensuring a seamless and satisfying customer experience to drive company sales and profitability.

Essential Job Functions

• Actively pursue customer sales in the assigned area(s) and selected customer accounts, and to open new accounts.
• Respond to bid requests promptly.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Provide any required records/paperwork in a timely manner.
• Assist in the collection of monies from delinquent accounts that are assigned to you.
• Take on additional responsibilities as assigned while actively participating in meetings and training sessions to enhance skills, knowledge, and professional growth.
• Showroom/retail work hours is a requirement of this position.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• High school diploma required.
• College degree preferred.

Experience

• 3 years of previous outside direct sales experience required.
• Commercial kitchen equipment and/or restaurant experience preferred.
• Auto Quotes knowledge and use. Excel, Windows, and Google Workspace helpful.
• Bilingual/Spanish is required for this position.
