Duties

• Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner to understand their needs and preferences.
• Demonstrate product features through engaging product demos that highlight benefits and uses.
• Utilize cash register systems and POS technology to process transactions accurately.
• Upsell additional products or services based on customer interests, enhancing their shopping experience.
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring that merchandise is displayed attractively.
• Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and contribute to a positive team environment.

Compensation

• Earning Potential: Generally, between $90,000 to $100,000+ annually
• Equity options available – Equity shares are provided with each successful recruit, creating recurring renewals annually.
• Resources – Business development budget, leads to call and meet.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales or a similar customer‑facing role is preferred.
