Job summary

The Account Manager Relief at Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company is responsible for selling and ordering product for customer accounts, acting as the frontline liaison to ensure customer satisfaction. The role rotates product by date and supports merchandising by keeping stock available onsite.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of two years of work experience.
• Customer service in retail or sales targets preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance; driving record within policy guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Orders product at accounts on an assigned sales route and transmits orders using technology.
• Sell events, CMA programs, and mandated features to ensure customer satisfaction and standards.
• Build and adjust product displays; ensure proper pricing and stock; manage POS advertising.
• Communicate account activities with customers and internally with merchandisers and drivers.
• Ensure merchandising standards; stock beverage sections and display units; maintain end-to-end account ownership.
• Travel locally to accounts; field work with daily/weekly travel; flexibility for holidays.
