Job summary

Heartland Coca-Cola is seeking an Account Manager to sell and order products for customer accounts, serving as the frontline liaison and ensuring customer satisfaction. You’ll rotate products by date and assist merchandising by keeping stock on site.

The role requires at least a high school diploma or GED (bachelor’s preferred), a minimum of two years’ experience, and a valid driver’s license with business-use insurance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of two years of work experience.
• Customer service experience in a retail environment or in a sales position with sales targets.
• Basic computer application and technology skills.
• Valid Driver's License, current vehicle liability insurance, driving record within policy guidelines.
• Must be willing to use personal vehicle with reimbursement; coverage for business use required at hire.
• Must be open to flexible schedule; may require holidays.

Responsibilities

• Orders product at accounts on an assigned sales route and transmits appropriate orders.
• Execute and sell big event marketing and ad activity to ensure customer satisfaction and standards.
• Build, change, and remove product displays and POS; ensure proper pricing and space.
• Communicate account activities with customers and internal teams to ensure timely service.
• Stock and merchandise products in beverages sections and maintain displays.
• Maintain end-to-end ownership of the account through proactive action and communication.
