Job summary

Dynamic Homes is seeking a Rough Plumbing Crew Member to support plumbing installations in modular home units during rough construction. You will route water supply, drain, and vent lines, ensuring compliance with codes while working independently or with a team for efficient production.

Role requires attention to detail, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and familiarity with copper piping and soldering. Evening shifts may arise to meet production needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read blueprints, floor plans, schematics and work orders.
• Proficiency using manual and power tools safely.
• Knowledge of state plumbing codes.
• Ability to solder copper piping.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Lift up to 50 pounds consistently.
• Overhead work for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to mark plumbing paths.
• Route water supply, drain, and vent lines per codes and specs.
• Run vent stacks to rooflines and attic spaces as required.
• Install, solder, and seal copper piping with fittings.
• Use hand and power tools safely and correctly.
• Connect plumbing systems to main water supply valves.
• Identify safety issues and take corrective action.
• Document project completion tasks.
• Cross-train across departments to support flexibility.
• Perform additional duties to support production operations.
