Job summary

BLOX, LLC is seeking a skilled Plumber to support our offsite construction and manufacturing operations. Install, test, and maintain plumbing systems in a fast-paced modular building environment.

You will read blueprints, follow building codes, and collaborate with production teams to meet project timelines while upholding safety standards per OSHA. The role requires prior plumbing experience and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Previous plumbing experience in a maintenance or related field.
• Working knowledge of plumbing systems, materials, and installation techniques.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics.
• Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and lift to 50 lbs.
• Familiarity with building codes and regulations.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Install, assemble, and test plumbing systems including water, drainage and gas lines.
• Troubleshoot and repair pipe and pipeline systems.
• Review blueprints and building codes to determine optimal work procedures.
• Measure, cut, thread, and assemble pipes using hand and power tools.
• Inspect systems for leaks, defects, and code compliance.
• Read tape measures and other measurement tools.
• Collaborate with production teams to meet project timelines and quality standards.
• Maintain and repair septic and commercial sewer systems.
• Follow OSHA and company safety guidelines.
