Dynamic Homes, LLC is hiring a Rough Plumbing Crew Member in Detroit Lakes, MN to support rough-in plumbing for modular homes. The role involves routing water supply, drain, and vent lines and installing copper piping while following plumbing codes. You’ll read blueprints, use hand and power tools, and ensure safety and quality throughout the installation process.

The position runs Monday–Thursday, 7:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. with occasional evenings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read blueprints, floor plans, schematics, and work orders.
• Proficiency with manual and power tools.
• Knowledge of state plumbing codes.
• Ability to solder copper piping.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds consistently.
• Ability to perform overhead work for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints to lay out plumbing paths.
• Route water supply, drain, and vent lines per codes and specs.
• Install, solder, and seal copper piping with fittings and materials.
• Utilize hand and power tools safely and correctly.
• Maintain documentation related to projects.
• Collaborate across departments for workforce flexibility.
• Identify plumbing and safety issues and take corrective action.
• Support production operations with cross-training and additional duties.
