Job summary

Whitley East LLC, a commercial modular builder, seeks a Plumber to install, rough‑in, and finish plumbing in modular units. You will ensure code compliance, test systems, and support production through precise pipe work and fitment.

Responsibilities include reading blueprints, installing water supply, drainage, vents, fixtures, and coordinating with teams to maintain quality and safety on fast‑paced jobsites.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid plumbing license or certification required.
• Vo-tech or skilled trades education preferred; training provided.
• Knowledge of plumbing codes and standards.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Install plumbing systems in modular units including water supply, drainage, venting, and fixtures.
• Measure, cut, assemble, and install pipes using PVC, CPVC, PEX, etc.
• Install fixtures such as sinks, toilets, water heaters, and specialty commercial components.
• Conduct pressure tests and inspections to ensure code compliance.
• Identify and resolve installation issues to maintain production line flow and quality standards.
• Collaborate with other trades to ensure proper system integration.
• Ensure all work complies with applicable plumbing codes and safety regulations.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
• Maintain tools and equipment and a clean, organized work area.
