Job summary

PAE Government Services Inc. seeks an Aircraft Mechanic 2 / Quality Control Inspector (UH-60) to oversee and perform helicopter maintenance, inspections, and related tasks.

The role involves supervising removal/installation of subsystems, preparing for inspections, and ensuring compliance with manuals and safety standards. The candidate should have substantial aviation maintenance experience, an A&P license (preferred), and the ability to lead teams and communicate effectively across shifts and

Qualifications

• Three years aviation maintenance experience.
• Three years rotary wing aircraft experience.
• One year inspecting MDS aircraft.
• Must provide own tools and toolbox.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and performs maintenance on helicopters.
• Inspects repair/modification of aircraft structures and engines.
• Oversees preparation of aircraft for inspections and maintenance checks.
• Plans, conducts and supervises aircraft technical inspections.
• Ensures compliance with maintenance manuals and safety procedures.
• May be required to perform AM1 tasks and troubleshoot subsystems.
