The role is based at Elko Air Base, NV, with a 40-hour workweek and hourly pay ranging from $46.24 to $72.80, reflecting experience.

Qualifications

• FAA certificates and medicals required (Commercial with Instrument or ATP; Second-Class Medical)
• 2,500 hrs total helicopter time required
• Cross-country and night flight experience specified
• Instrument time requirements (actual or simulated)
• Obtain 135.293 check ride within 60 days of hire
• FAA medical and physical fitness standards must be met

Responsibilities

• Operate aircraft per FAA regs, company policies and mission protocols
• Plan and execute flights considering weather, weight and balance, fuel
• Coordinate with medical staff, ground crew and dispatch for missions
• Respond to emergency callouts and maintain readiness
• Maintain flight and maintenance logs per FAA/ company rules
• Represent the company professionally to patients and public

75 actual or simulated instrument hours

100 hours of unaided night flight time
