Job summary

Conti Federal Services is seeking a Superintendent to oversee field operations for a high-profile federal project in Tucson, AZ. You will work closely with the Project Management team to ensure safety, quality, and profitability, guiding crews and trade partners to deliver as planned.

Responsibilities include schedule development, risk management, cost control, and team leadership. A strong emphasis on safety, compliance, and client relations supports project success and career progression

Qualifications

• Five or more years of supervisory experience in the construction industry with increasing responsibility in the Federal marketplace.
• Extensive knowledge of sitework, utilities, concrete, structural steel, interiors, and MEP, etc.
• Experience with USACE EM385-1-1 safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Enforces safety policies and addresses violations among employees, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Completes the project through the Quality Management System.
• Sets production objectives with trade partners and ensures communication.
• Creates and maintains project schedules (Three Week Look Ahead, 4–6 Week Make Ready, 12 Week Long Range).
• Implements cost control measures to maximize profits across labor, materials, and equipment.
• Leads and retains top performers through mentoring and recruitment.
