Job summary

Kemba Cincinnati Credit Union is seeking a full-time Multi-Teller to support College Hill, Queensgate, and Vine Street locations in Cincinnati, OH. The role handles deposits, withdrawals, and routine teller duties, with cross-selling opportunities and strong member service focus.

Requirements include a high school diploma and 1–12 months’ related experience, plus solid math, communication, and computer skills to operate branch equipment and teller software.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of Teller policies and procedures.
• Basic understanding of Credit Union operations.
• One month to twelve months of similar or related experience.
• Good communication skills.
• Professional appearance, dress, and attitude.
• Good math skills.
• Ability to operate related computer applications and business equipment including adding machines and telephones.
• Good typing skills.

Responsibilities

• Receives share deposits and loan payments in person or by mail.
• Processes cash advances, cashier's checks, money orders, and similar transactions.
• Disburses cash or check share withdrawals in person.
• Processes assigned cash and transactions and balances at the end of the day.
• Receives and processes payroll deduction starts, stops, and increases.
• Verifies transactions, monitors deposit amounts, and examines documents for endorsement and negotiability.
• Detects and resolves discrepancies promptly.
• Actively cross-sells Credit Union products and services.
