Job summary

Entegris is launching the Leadership Development Program (ELDP) for graduates and early-career professionals. The program offers three 12-month rotations across Supply Planning, Procurement, and Logistics, with on-the-job training, mentorship from senior leaders, and a path to a permanent role upon completion.

Participants will engage in an intensive learning curriculum, exposure to high-level projects, and collaboration across business units.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, data analytics or engineering with strong GPA.
• New to the job market or early in supply chain career desired.
• Commitment to a 3-year training program with competitive compensation and full benefits.

Responsibilities

• Complete three 12-month assignments in Supply Planning, Procurement, and Logistics.
• Participate in the company’s learning curriculum and mentorship program.
• Move into a permanent role within Entegris after the program completes.
