Job summary

Entegris Leadership Development Program (ELDP) in Massachusetts offers a three-year, three-rotation path through Supply Planning, Procurement and Logistics. Participants gain hands-on project work, mentorship, and executive exposure within a values-driven global technology company.

Ideal candidates are new to the market or early in their supply chain careers, with a bachelor’s degree or higher and a strong GPA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in supply chain, data analytics, and/or engineering with a strong GPA.
• New to the job market or at the early part of their supply chain career.
• Commitment to a 3-year training program with competitive compensation and full benefits package.
• Desire to establish a career with Entegris (a publicly held, global technology company) and aspire to future leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Three 12-month assignments in Supply Planning, Procurement, and Logistics.
• On-the-job training and projects that contribute to business unit deliverables.
• Exposure to senior leaders and mentors through workshops and events.
