Job summary

Mondelēz International offers a three-year Supply Chain Leadership Development Program with two tracks: SCM and Technical. Participants rotate through Manufacturing, Supply Planning, Procurement, Engineering, Customer Service, and Logistics to build end-to-end supply chain expertise.

Participants will relocate annually, supported by relocation benefits. The program emphasizes hands-on projects, mentorship, and leadership development with exposure to senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Pursuing an undergraduate degree with a preferred May 2027 graduation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical Engineering, Operations or related fields.
• Willing to relocate annually as part of the rotational program.
• US work authorization without visa sponsorship required.

Responsibilities

• Rotational program across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Procurement, Engineering, and Logistics.
• Participate in real projects and drive improvements with senior leadership visibility.
• Develop end-to-end understanding of Mondelēz's Integrated Supply Chain across three years.
