Clemens Food Group's Supply Chain Leadership Development Program is a one-year, onsite rotation designed to develop early-career professionals for future leadership roles. You will gain exposure across planning, purchasing, production scheduling, warehousing, and transportation.

The program emphasizes hands-on assignments, mentorship, and cohort development to strengthen leadership, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities within our end-to-end supply chain.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in supply chain, logistics, or related field; graduating 2026/2027.
• Internships, co-ops, projects, or leadership in campus activities are preferred.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to start full-time in June 2027.

Responsabilités

• Participate in year-long rotational assignments across core supply chain functions.
• Collaborate with Operations, Finance, Sales and Logistics teams.
• Develop leadership, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Gain hands-on experience in forecasting demand, balancing supply and inventory, improving service.
