Job summary

Clorox’s Supply Chain Leadership Development Program (SCLDP) offers a 3-year rotation through Business, Manufacturing and Technical roles located primarily in Alpharetta, GA. Participants own their assignments while completing leadership programming and gaining exposure to supply chain leaders.

Participants rotate through manufacturing plants, logistics and technical services, developing leadership, problem-solving and communication skills.

Qualifications

0-1 years of relevant post-graduation work experience.
Previous Supply Chain or Engineering internship/work experience (preferred)
Manufacturing experience (preferred)
Strong leadership skills and a track record of achieving results
Demonstrated problem solving and analytical skills
Ability to effectively communicate ideas and build relationships
Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States and must not require current or future visa sponsorship for employment
Recent or upcoming graduation from a 4-year university undergraduate program
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or relevant degree
Not currently enrolled in a Master’s degree program
GPA Required 3.0 or higher (preferred)

Responsibilities

Rotate through three 12-month assignments in Business, Manufacturing, and Technical.
Own your functional role while completing Leadership Development programming.
Gain cross-functional exposure and leadership experience.
Participate in travel for program requirements.
