Job summary

Air Liquide invites motivated graduates to join its ALLEX Program in Supply Chain across the US. The role offers a 70,000–90,000 USD annual salary, comprehensive benefits, and a 24‑month rotational track with eight-month assignments in technical, operations, project or business functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business or related field required.
• Expected graduation of May 2027.
• Minimum GPA of 3.2 (on a 4.0 scale).
• Must provide own daily transportation to/from work.
• Must finance own housing.
• Co-op or internship experience preferred or required.
• Eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Willingness to relocate anywhere in the US during and after the program.
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking; ability to analyze data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple tasks to meet deadlines.
• Detail oriented with strong problem solving and decision making.
• Able to work with all levels of employees and management.
• Comfort with ambiguity and willingness to travel.
• Experience in the industrial gas industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Rotational program across Technical, Operations, Project, or Business functions.

• Transition to a full-time position upon successful program completion.
