Job summary

Air Liquide USA LLC in Houston invites you to join our ALLEX Rotational Program for Supply Chain. This 24-month program offers three rotating assignments across Technical, Operations, Project, or Business functions, with the goal of accelerating industry knowledge and practical skills.

Participants rotate and collaborate with teams nationwide, gaining hands-on experience while transitioning into a full-time role within Air Liquide after completion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business or related field
• Expected graduation of May 2027
• Minimum cumulative overall GPA of 3.2 (on a 4.0 scale)
• Must be able to provide own daily transportation to/from work
• Must secure and finance own housing
• Previous co-op or intern experience required
• Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future
• Must be open and flexible to relocate anywhere in the US during and post program
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills; ability to analyze data
• Excellent communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize workload and self-manage projects, handle multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines
• Detail oriented and strong problem solving and decision making skills
• Able to work with all levels of employees and management within the organization
• Comfort and ability to work within ambiguity
• Willingness and desire to travel and remain mobile during and upon successful completion of the program
• Experience in the industrial gas industry
