Job summary

Air Liquide in Houston, TX is recruiting for the ALLEX Rotational Program Participant - Finance. The program introduces college students to Air Liquide and the industrial gas industry, offering three rotations over 24 months and a path to a full-time role upon completion.

Qualified candidates have a Finance/Accounting background, demonstrate strong analytical and communication skills, and are willing to relocate and travel as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field.
• Expected graduation of May 2027.
• Minimum cumulative overall GPA of 3.2 (on a 4.0 scale).
• Must be able to provide own daily transportation to/from work.
• Must secure and finance own housing.
• Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must be open and flexible to relocate anywhere in the US during and post program.
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills; ability to analyze data.
• Excellent communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize workload and self-manage projects, handle multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines.
• Detail oriented and strong problem solving and decision making skills.

Responsibilities

• Rotational program: Three, eight month rotations across Technical, Operations, Project, or Business functions.
• Collaborate with various teams across the organization on challenging projects.
• Progress through structured development activities and gain industry knowledge.
