Air Liquide is recruiting for 2027 ALLEX Engineering in Houston, TX. The program offers three 8-month rotations across Technical, Operations, Project, or Business functions, building engineering expertise and leadership.

Requires a chemical or mechanical engineering degree with a May 2027 graduation, a 3.2 GPA, and US work eligibility. Compensation includes a $90,000 annual salary plus comprehensive benefits and relocation support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Expected graduation by May 2027.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.2 on a 4.0 scale.
• Must provide own daily transportation to/from work.
• Must secure and finance own housing.
• Previous co-op or intern experience required.
• Eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Open and flexible to relocate anywhere in the U.S. during and after the program.
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking; ability to analyze data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple tasks with deadlines.
• Detail oriented with strong problem solving and decision making.
• Ability to work with all levels of employees and management.
• Willingness to travel and remain mobile during the program.

Responsibilities

• Participate in ALLEX rotational program with twelve-month blocks across technical, operations, project, and business functions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop industry knowledge and practical skills.
• Contribute to challenging projects that foster innovation and creative thinking.
• Transition into a full-time position within Air Liquide after program completion.
