Job summary

Air Liquide invites you to join the ALLEX Rotational Program – Supply Chain in Houston, TX. This 24‑month program develops critical industry knowledge through three eight‑month rotations across Technical, Operations, Project, or Business tracks, progressing toward a full‑time role.

Requirements include a bachelor’s degree in a related field, graduation May 2027, a 3.2+ GPA, and willingness to relocate nationwide. Travel and diverse teams are part of the program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business or related field
• Graduating May 2027
• GPA of 3.2 or higher (on a 4.0 scale)
• Must have own daily transportation and housing
• Previous co-op or intern experience required
• Eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future
• Willing to relocate anywhere in the US during and after the program
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking; ability to analyze data
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Detail oriented; strong problem solving and decision making
• Able to work with all levels of employees and management
• Comfortable with ambiguity
• Willingness to travel and remain mobile during and after program
