Air Liquide is offering the ALLEX Engineering Rotational Program in the United States, including two 24-month tracks. Participants rotate across Technical, Operations, Project, or Business functions while developing engineering know-how and practical skills.

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering, expect to graduate in May 2027, and must be able to relocate anywhere in the US during and after the program. A strong GPA and self-management are valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering
• Expected graduation of May 2027
• Must provide own transportation and housing, willing to relocate nationally during/post program
• Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future

Responsibilities

• Participate in ALLEX Rotational Program across Technical, Operations, Project, or Business functions
• Collaborate with multiple teams to complete challenging projects
• Develop critical industry knowledge through structured rotations and hands-on experiences
