Job summary

Acuity Inc. BUILD program is a two-year rotational experience that develops high-potential early career talent into impactful professionals through hands-on experience. BUILD participants rotate to a different functional area every six months to build business acumen and skill proficiency.

Upon completion, participants will have broad business understanding and professional skills for future opportunities. BUILD is designed for curious, adaptable talent ready to grow via hands-on experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science or Arts in Computer Science or related field is required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and time-management skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% as needed.
• Leadership experience influencing change, people, and processes preferred.
• Team‑oriented with initiative and collaboration mindset.
• Less than two years of related work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Software Development across Front-end, Embedded, Dev-Ops, CI/CD.
• Cloud software and SRE work, pipelines, containers, services, observation.
• Quality assurance and test automation activities.
• Collaborate across rotations to learn business processes and initiatives.
• Participate in leadership report-out meetings to share learnings.
