Acuity Inc. BUILD program is a two-year rotational experience designed to develop high-potential early career professionals through hands‑on assignments across multiple functional areas.

Participants rotate every six months to build business acumen and technical proficiency. The role is based in Decatur, GA with a hybrid work model; opportunities for rotations include Crawfordsville, IN and Des Plaines, IL.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s preferred.
• Strong fundamentals in mechanical and thermodynamics.
• CAD experience with any package; SolidWorks preferred.
• Some product design and prototyping experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving and time management.
• Up to 20% travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Rotational assignments across New Product Development, Sustaining and VAVE.
• CAD design, prototype and validation work.
• Certification testing and factory handoff support.
• Project management within rotations.
