Job summary

Acuity Inc. BUILD program is a two-year rotational experience that develops high-potential early career talent into impactful professionals through hands-on experience.

BUILD participants rotate to a different functional area every six months to build business acumen and skill proficiency. Upon completion of BUILD, participants will have developed broad business understanding, functional expertise, and the professional skills needed to contribute in future career opportunities across Acuity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing or Business Administration (or equivalent).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and time-management skills required.
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Availability to travel based on business needs (25–50%).
• Leadership experience influencing change, people, and processes is highly preferred.
• Team-oriented with a drive to take the initiative is highly preferred.
• Less than two years of related work experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Rotate within functional areas every six months to build business acumen and skill proficiency.
• Participate in onboarding, mentorship, and networking activities.
• Contribute to projects across Brand and Product Marketing, Regional Field Sales, Channel Marketing, Market Analytics, and more.
• Engage in personal growth activities to enhance business acumen and professional development.
