The Acuity Inc. BUILD program is a two-year rotational experience designed to develop high-potential early career talent into impactful professionals through hands-on experience.

BUILD participants rotate every six months across software engineering domains, building business acumen, technical skills, and leadership capabilities in a fast-paced environment. Based in Atlanta, GA with hybrid work flexibility, this program starts July 12, 2027.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree requirements stated in the ad.
• 0 to 2 years of applicable work experience.
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and enhance scalable software applications.
• Front-end development using React or similar frameworks.
• Back-end development with C#, Node.js and related platforms.
• DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and production support.
