Job summary

Worthington Enterprises is seeking an Associate Territory Manager (ATM) for a full-time, 18-24 month rotational sales development program based in Columbus, OH. You will develop commercial, technical, and operational capabilities to own a geography and drive revenue growth.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor's in business/engineering, 1–3 years in sales or related roles, strong communication, and willingness to relocate and travel up to 75%+ as the program progresses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of professional experience in sales, internships, operations, engineering, or customer-facing roles.
• Willingness to relocate and travel 75%+ after program.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; professional presence; high curiosity and learning agility.

Responsibilities

• Support customer meetings and site visits, executing customer-facing sales activities as part of the rotational program.
• Participate in the full sales cycle, including prospecting for new opportunities, quoting, comprehensive pricing strategies, and proposal development.
• Build and manage sales pipeline activity by accurately updating and leveraging CRM systems.
• Gain direct exposure to manufacturing plants and operational processes; understand end-to-end business operations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, finance, and supply chain partners to achieve program objectives.
