Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with graduation date of Dec 2026 or May 2027.
• Interest in pursuing a future career within the agriculture industry with majors in crop/soil science, agronomy, ag business/sales, or any ag related majors.
• Ability to draw insights from data.
• Willing to travel 20%-50% of the time, which could include nights and weekends.
• Must possess a valid, unrestricted driver’s license and have/maintain a satisfactory driving record to operate a company-assigned vehicle.
• Open to relocation for each rotation assignment.

Responsibilities

• Sales Associates will engage growers and retailers on business development and customer relationship skills.
• Learn about WinField United products and services during rotations.
• Utilize field trial testing to uncover yield potential and provide insights to growers via total acre solutions.
• Build relationships and networks at multiple levels within the system during rotations.
• Adapt to a variety of rotations and learn the company’s system, tools, and strategies.
