Land O'Lakes, Inc. invites you to join the WinField United Sales Internship for Summer 2027. The program offers hands-on, purpose-driven experience within a Fortune 250 cooperative focused on crop inputs, seed, nutrients, and protection products.

Interns will rotate through regions, support growers and retailers, and contribute to business development and field trial insights. The 11-week internship includes travel, mentoring, and opportunities to network with industry leaders.

Qualifications

• Experience in agronomy or ag retail is preferred.
• GPA of 3.0 or higher required.
• Valid driver’s license with satisfactory driving record is required.

Responsibilities

• Engage with growers and retailers on business development, customer relationship, and sales skills.
• Learn about WinField United products and services and field trials to uncover yield potential.
• Provide insights to growers through total acre solution insights.
