Job summary

Ryder is seeking a driven Rental Management Trainee in Cape Girardeau, MO for an 18–24 month accelerated development program to prepare future leaders. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 7am–4pm, with a salary of $53,500 and a $500 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required business administration or similar related degree
• One year or more customer service with issue resolution experience preferred
• Must be computer literate intermediate required

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound/outbound sales processes and maintain data in marketing database
• Generate rental, lease and used vehicle sales leads
• Manage rental asset processes including PM and cleanliness standards
• Meet market share goals by executing sales and marketing initiatives
• Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements
• Resolve customer concerns to maintain relationships and grow the customer base
