Ryder System, Inc. is seeking an in-person Rental Sales Representative in Cape Girardeau, MO.

This full-time role offers $21.00 per hour with a $500 sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits including dental, vision, medical, 401(k) and PTO. The role focuses on front-line rental sales to current and potential commercial accounts, working across Sales, Marketing, Operations and Asset Management to maximize occupancy and revenue.

Qualifications

• H.S. diploma or GED required.
• One year or more sales experience required.
• DOT Regulated.
• No Job Category Sales Support.

Responsibilities

• Handle sales and sales process for inbound calls as well as outbound solicitation.
• Generate rental, lease and used vehicle sales leads and maintain relationships with customers.
• Coordinate inventory levels with Maintenance, Asset Management, Sales, and Marketing to meet demand.
• Drive profitable revenue growth by maintaining and growing relationships with customers.
• Maintain and expand relationships with existing customer base and maximize market share.
