Job summary

JGM Engineering invites graduates to join an 18-month rotational program spanning Estimation, Project Management and Field Engineering. You will rotate through disciplines to gain hands-on, practical experience in industrial construction, with travel to support projects in the field.

The program focuses on cost estimation, project oversight and on-site execution, under experienced mentors. Competitive wages and full benefits accompany this opportunity.

Qualifications

• Must have a BS degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing or Civil/Structural Eng.
• Experience in steel fabrication or manufacturing is a plus but not required.
• Must be a critical thinker and problem solver.
• Must be available to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist Estimation, Project Management and Field teams during rotations.
• Analyze drawings, perform quantity takeoffs and develop cost models.
• Support scheduling, budgeting and procurement activities.
• Coordinate between design, fabrication and construction teams.
• Participate in site visits, client meetings and risk assessments.
• Document lessons learned and contribute to continuous improvement.
