Responsibilities

• Assist with Subcontractor database and pricing documents.
• Prepare and assemble bid documents for pricing.
• Conduct quantity take-offs and develop scope details for pricing.
• Support development and updating of subcontractor pricing scope sheets.
• Assist in development of detailed estimates and bid clarifications (RFI).
• Participate in architect/owner meetings and hard bid preparations.
• Assist in project management processes including change orders and procurement.
• Support site logistics, schedule updates, and daily project documentation.
