Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Civil/Structural Engineering.
• Experience in steel fabrication or manufacturing is a plus.
• Must be a critical thinker and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Engage in hands-on learning across Estimation, Project Management, and Construction.
• Analyze construction drawings and perform detailed quantity takeoffs.
• Assist in project scheduling and resource planning.
• Conduct on-site inspections for safety and compliance.
