This 18-month initiative offers hands-on experience in structural steel fabrication, involving rotations through key areas like Shop Floor Operations, Production Control, and Estimating/Purchasing.

Participants will gain vital skills under the mentorship of industry experts, enhancing their preparation for leadership roles in JGM's fabrication division. Ideal candidates are critical thinkers with a relevant engineering background.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant engineering discipline.
• Experience in steel fabrication or manufacturing is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Learn fabrication processes through direct shop floor experience.
• Develop and monitor production schedules.
• Assist with cost estimating and vendor sourcing.
