Job summary

Worley Group, Inc. is seeking graduates for a 2-year rotational program designed to accelerate growth across engineering and project delivery, project services, and construction.

Participants gain exposure to office and field environments, learn from experienced mentors, and develop skills in technical, commercial, and leadership disciplines through structured rotations. Participants will contribute to projects across engineering studies, scheduling, cost tracking, estimating, and reporting

Qualifications

• Internship, co-op, or early work experience in engineering or related technical environment.
• Foundational knowledge aligned to your field of study (engineering, project management, construction, etc.).
• Ability to apply academic learning to real-world problems through coursework or projects.
• Exposure to tools or software relevant to your discipline (design, analysis, project controls, data, or planning).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities plus willingness to learn and adapt.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills for cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Support project delivery across Engineering, Project Services, and Construction to meet requirements on time and within budget.
• Complete structured rotations across functions, gaining practical experience through the full project lifecycle.
• Contribute to discipline activities during rotations, including engineering studies, project controls, and field services.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment with objectives and safety standards.
• Assist in preparing and reviewing project documentation, schedules, and vendor deliverables.
• Participate in meetings and design reviews to support project objectives.
