Job summary

Nestlé Purina is seeking a Production Management Development Associate in the United States. This full-time program fast-tracks you to manufacturing leadership, with rotations across sites to gain broad exposure to production, quality, safety, and efficiency improvements.

You will rotate through production, learn to plan and execute schedules, and be supported with relocation assistance as you advance through the MDA program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Business Management or related discipline attained or expected by June 2027.
• Must be open to relocation to any of our 24 Nestlé Purina manufacturing sites across the U.S.
• You will start your rotation for this ProductionMDA at one of the following Nestlé Purina factories: Bloomfield, Missouri; Crete, Nebraska; or Clinton, Iowa.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the execution of production schedules.
• Ensure the flow of materials, parts, and resources necessary for plant-wide production.
• Plan methods to improve efficiency in production and execute production improvement tasks.
• Maintain compliance with approved methods and quality standards.
