Job summary

Nestlé Purina North America in Davenport, IA, is seeking a Procurement Management Development Associate. This full-time program fast-tracks you to manufacturing leadership through rotations across procurement and related functions, with relocation support.

You will gain experience in supplier strategy, material life cycles, and production planning while building a network across business units. A Bachelor’s degree by June 2027 and willingness to relocate to multiple U.S. sites are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree by June 2027 or expected.
• Willingness to relocate to any of 24 Nestlé Purina sites in the U.S.
• Rotational program with exposure to procurement and related functions.

Responsibilities

• Develop knowledge of CPG and pet care industries and brand awareness.
• Partner with functional groups to develop strategy and supplier needs.
• Consider demand and ensure business continuity plans for key materials.
• Experience internal and external procurement operations and material life cycles.
• Build relationships across disciplines, account management, and customer teams.
• Complete training in warehouse, transportation, and customer service functions.
