Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Business Management or related discipline.
• Willingness to relocate to Nestlé Purina sites across the U.S. as you progress through the MDA program.
• Open to starting rotation at Bloomfield, MO and moving through other factories.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee production schedules.
• Ensure the flow of materials, parts, and resources for plant-wide production.
• Plan methods to improve efficiency in production and implement improvements.
• Maintain compliance with approved methods and quality standards.
