Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Business Management or related discipline attained or expected by June 2027.

Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in the Production Management Development Associate program, gaining exposure to quality assurance, safety, supply chain, engineering, HR, R&D, information systems and operations.
• Rotate through production areas and learn how the production team functions across functions.
• Develop leadership and operations skills through hands-on experience and relocation-supported assignments.
• Coordinate production schedules and ensure flow of materials to support plant-wide production.
• Assist in improving production efficiency and maintaining quality standards.
