Job summary

Nestlé Purina is seeking a Production Management Development Associate in Clinton, IA to join a multi-site leadership development program. This role offers hands-on exposure to quality assurance, safety, supply chain, engineering, HR, R&D, information systems, and operations to learn end-to-end production and leadership skills.

You will rotate through diverse manufacturing domains with relocation support to various Nestlé Purina factories across the U.S. to build a dynamic leadership path.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Business Management or related discipline attained or expected by June 2027
• Must be open to relocation to any of our 24 Nestlé Purina manufacturing sites across the U.S.
• Prior internship, co-op, practicum or manufacturing experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the execution of production schedules
• Ensure the flow of materials, parts, and resources necessary for plant-wide production
• Plan methods to improve efficiency in production and execute production improvement tasks
• Maintain compliance with approved methods and quality standards

Education
