Job summary

Nestl Purina in Clinton, IA offers a Production Management Development Associate program that fast-tracks graduates into manufacturing leadership, with classroom and hands-on rotations across production, safety, quality, and supply chain, plus relocation support to multiple Nestl Purina sites nationwide.

You will receive mentorship, build leadership and operations experience, and contribute to high-quality pet food production while advancing toward plant management roles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Business Management or related discipline attained or expected by June 2027.
• Must be open to relocation to any of our 24 Nestl Purina manufacturing sites across the U.S. as you progress through the MDA program.
• You will start your rotation for this Production MDA at one of the following Nestl Purina factories: Bloomfield, Missouri; Crete, Nebraska; or Clinton, Iowa.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the execution of production schedules.
• Ensure the flow of materials, parts, and resources necessary for plant-wide production.
• Plan methods to improve efficiency in production and execute production improvement tasks.
• Maintain compliance with approved methods and quality standards.
